“Days along the Wild Atlantic Way begin and end with the sounds of waves lapping along the shore. But in-between, they’re filled with chatter, song and dance, and a welcome so warm you could wrap yourself up in it.”
From Visit Ireland
Fáilte – Welcome!
There’s a saying in Gaelic: “Céad Míle Fáilte”, which literally means “a hundred thousand welcomes”. This has been a family home for over 160 years and you can be assured of a very personal welcome when you visit us.
We look forward to sharing the splendour and magic of our part of Ireland with you: to doing everything we can to make sure that your stay with us is special and memorable – and above all, to make you want to come back again. A stay at Milk Harbour will introduce you to the wonders of a very unique place: situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, the longest defined coastal route in the world.
When the our redevelopment work is complete, in early 2019, we will welcome guests for a minimum three-night stay, with pricing will be based on three to seven-night stays. Due to our proximity to the sea and livestock on adjoining fields, however, we will be unable to host children or pets.
“Once you have travelled, the voyage never ends … The mind can never break off from the journey.”
